What we collect

This site collects personal information only when you send it to us through the contact form. That is:

• Your name;
• Your business or organisation (optional);
• Your email address;
• The product or service you’re interested in; and
• The message you write.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information through this form. The site does not create an account for you and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a demonstration. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to reply to you.

Contact-form delivery

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us in one of two ways, depending on how the site is configured:

• By email service: if a form-delivery service is configured, the form sends your details over an encrypted connection to that service, which forwards them to our inbox. That provider processes the message on our behalf.
• By your own email app: if no service is configured, submitting the form opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, so it is sent directly from you to us. In this case nothing is stored by the website.

The website never fabricates a “message sent” confirmation, and it stores no passwords or secrets in your browser.

Cookies & analytics

This marketing website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If analytics or a cookie banner is added later, this notice will be updated to describe exactly what is used and to offer the most privacy-preserving option by default.

Fonts & third parties

The site’s typefaces (Inter and Space Grotesk) are served from this website itself, not from a third-party font service, so no outside font provider receives your details. This marketing website embeds no third-party services — no analytics, no advertising, and no externally hosted fonts or scripts.

The Aura applications

Aura AI and Aura Management are separate applications, hosted separately from this website, each with its own login, data handling and terms. Links to them from this site simply take you to those applications; this notice does not govern them.

Your rights (POPIA)

We aim to handle personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Subject to that Act, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
